Unfortunately, Hawk, I too believe this is true.... I wish it weren't true.. but human history is essentially a record of the more powerful subjecting the less powerful through force... We do it too... but I would like to believe that we're much more selective about it, preferring economic "battle" and competition over military confrontation.. And I'd like to believe that overall, it's about creating better conditions, although not perfect, for those people to obtain a better life for themselves so they don't wind up being cannon fodder for some crazy dictator... Hawk
