Jim: I wonder if anybody in Britain or Switzerland will move to bring those governments to account for dumping huge amounts of gold at the bottom of the market. Again goes to show that governments and central bankers can be as dumb as the most naive novice investor. And that stupidity (with a tinge of arrogance) applies to many more things than gold sales and economic policy IMHO.
