;-) ...good retort! Why did Ted Turner cast Byrd as a Southern plantation owner and General? He owned the flick and put up 51 Million for the project. This is Mr. DNC Money bags. Too many in the DNC would be against that role if they really cared about the African American contingent of the DNC. Oh, ...and, ...what is the thinking of the African American community on Byrds casting as a Southern plantation owner and General? Inquiring minds want to know.
