In the meantime, I just wanted to raise a couple points. You people DO KNOW, do you not, that all this doom and gloom talk has scared the living xxxx out of me to the extent that I am making moves and changes which upon careful reflection seem appropriate responses to a dire situation, but if certain assumptions do not play out could possibly lead to irreversible situations and unforeseen consequences?

I mean on the one hand I hear people talking depression coming like that sorenson article in SFGATE.

On other hand maybe there is inflation coming bigtime such that will seem I sold out for peanuts. I mean maybe they will add a few zeros to the next welfare check they mass distribute, the $300 did not go very far, know what I mean?

I mean if you use logic, it seems like I am doing the right thing, but when did this world ever act logically? Should I maybe just happy talk, refinance, jack up price, keep looking up? I do not know. Self doubt enters at inflection points clouding judgment.

I mean I like Chester and Mr. Dillon, it's the other ones that raise concern. Does www. stand for wild, wild west? I do not know. Still, one must look forward with no regrets and anticipate better times while remaining prudent. This seems the best action considering the circumstances.
