Years ago I was riding with a PHD candidate and there was a dead coon in the road, not a rarity. He stops and while sawing off the head a woman stops for directions. One look and she left. LOL, no telling what was going through here mind!!! Several years ago, a Senator from Tennessee I believe it was, was trying to get legislation inacted so's that folk can pick up road kill to take home if it was fresh enough. He said his area was below the poverty level and hunting was the only way some of these folk ever got food to eat. I don't know if it passed or not. There were many people against it saying that that would make people in Tennessee look even more redneck then ever. When your hungry, you gotta eat.
