I believe those words are coming from the man himself... He said he was ready to take it out in some speech a few weeks ago... I heard this ex. col. mentioned again this morning on the news.. He was quoted that Bush forced this issue and it was under control with Bill..... The news folks were laughing .. of course it was fox news... ggg
