Killing a baby is illegal. If properly understood, we would need no new statute for the third trimester baby in pre- delivery.

From my point of view, you are merely defending murder. There is no "pass" given for that.

I have no desire to multiply laws, nor to make matters of courtesy part of the criminal code. If you cannot see the difference here, things are worse than I thought......
