Lindy, You are right , some days like today when I see such impressive Civic Moves like The March Of The light, singing beautiful songs of peace, hope, brotherhood and love of life, I get a bit hopeful for an electoral outcome, but other days when the repression is on, the killings in the Altamira ( Freedom) Square, detentions and beatings of reporters I get a bit pessimist and I worry that The Madman will drive all Venezuela to a Bloodshed. Many of us say that if there really is Reincarnation, Chavez is the Reincarnation of Hitler, same tactics, same seeding of hatred in order to divide the People, same use of hoodlums to scare the citizens, and most important same love for the FATHERLAND meaning IF I AM NOT THE LEADER I will take every one to hell with me. this is regarding the: " wearing them down" and by the way it is not only my mood in Venezuela it is a general feeling of hope and despair. About the Cubans, it is true and proved, The new Captain and crew that moved the flagship are Cubans and were identified by name. some "" National Guards" were identified as Cubans and so on. In the Army headqurters there are meetings between Cahvez Loyal Officers and Cuban Advisers, trainers and now even Cuban Operetional Squads. Next Time You see Videos or Pictures of Chavez outside his Office , watch carefully and you will see him surrounded by a double wall of Cuban Body Guards, he became so paranoic that he doesnt have any more confidence in the Venezuelian Military House ( Those are the palace Guards), the Cuban guards are all of them without their families in Venezuela , the Families are in CUBA........... In the 60s, 70s, and 80s Castro tried to overtrow Governments with his Adventurism using and training Guerillas, But In Venezuela like in Angola he is coming in trough the big door , lets hope we will not see tens of thousends of Cuban ADVISERS in Venezuela like the ones that were in Angola but in Venezuela more subtlle to avoid USA reaction. Also it is an advantage for Castro, he is getting some prefered oil and some free Oil and financing. If the Government didn't move to total oppression it is only because they didn't neutralize all the Army Constitutionalist Officers,and don't count with most of the County and City Police Stations, once they will : we will have the total oppression full steam ahead and the" Popular Militias" and "Popular Courts" taking care of all dissent. What do we need to believe all what he said and does.?? .Chavez said it many times::: EVEN IF 90 % OF VENEZUELA WILL SIGN AGAINST ME. I WILL NOT STEP DOWN AND WILL NOT STOP THE REVOLUTION.(Recalls Castros words:: EVEN IF I WERE THE LAST REVOLUTIONARY I WILL KEEP ON) . If you remember in the 30s when hitler had hsi Hysterical speches most people didnt believe he will carry it out. let us not be Chamberlains clones. I say : Wake up America, while we are rightfully chasing Terrorists thausands of miles away we disregard our own backyard . The media should start looking into it and find the facts.
