You turned that into a requirement for prior review of your prior conversations.
And what I said in response
If in those private discussions you pass on classified information to someone who is not cleared to receive it and does not have a need to know, you have committed a crime.
And you know it.

Probably zero.

What's the definition of "publish" for these purposes, though?

And maybe every time any of us circulate a resume, we should send in a copy for review. Once they discover the consequences of that, they might just change the wording.
