You turned that into a requirement for prior review of your prior conversations. And what I said in response If in those private discussions you pass on classified information to someone who is not cleared to receive it and does not have a need to know, you have committed a crime. And you know it. How many are submitted? Probably zero. What's the definition of "publish" for these purposes, though? And maybe every time any of us circulate a resume, we should send in a copy for review. Once they discover the consequences of that, they might just change the wording. And of course you submitted those for pre-publication review. Certainly. They asked how to pronounce "VXWORKS". :-) Shall the three of us that have discussed this on-line turn each other in? OK. You turn yourself in first. :-) These all encompassing pre-publication review "contracts" are nonsense. Write your Congressman. If you have one.
