Chris a lot of us we's have left the state . My large tax payments (always in the top 5%) have left as are plenty like me. There is a white flight out of California. Although I didn't care much for Pete Wilson he followed the California rules that you increase spending proportionally to the increase in population. If Davis had followed that rule then there would be a surplus not a deficit. That is a fact. Davis acted as if Amazon was going to 2000.00 a share and that all of the bubble would go on forever. He hired and spent on a projection of Yahoo at 750.00 a share and Sun at 1k a share. California is a victim of the environmentalists and extreme leftist spending. 1 MILLION DOLLARS SPENT FOR A LONG TERM PRISONER FOR A HEART TRANSPLANT !!!! THAT"S THE PROBLEM CHRIS NOT TEXAS.
