Ditch, some interesting developments coming up in fuel cell/hydrogen power:

I was reading QTWW's S-8 regarding the 3 million share offering. They expect to generate $6.8 million which prices the shares under today's market price, but they also expect to be oversubscribed.

Also of interest is the warrants.
<In connection with the spin-off from IMPCO, the Company expects to issue warrants to purchase an aggregate of 300,000 shares of the Company’s common stock to holders of outstanding IMPCO warrants as of the distribution date, July 23, 2002. The Company expects to issue these warrants at an exercise price of $5.83 with a term expiring in January 2006.

The Company issued an additional 100,000 warrants to purchase shares of the Company’s common stock to a consulting firm on August 27, 2002 for services related to investor relations. These warrants were issued at an exercise price of $5.10 with a four-year term. The Company recorded expense during the second quarter of fiscal year 2003 of approximately $103,000 in connection with the issuance of these warrants.
