Dec 18- Equity Outflows ($3.6 Bil) Mostly From Domestic Sectors Equity Funds report net cash outflows of $3.6 Billion for the week ended 12/18/02 - with over 3/4 coming from Domestic Funds. Technology Funds report the largest outflow from the sector since 8/14/02 ($418 Million). International Equity Funds report outflows from all emerging & developed regions, except Latin America. International Debt Funds & Emerging Market Debt Funds report inflows. Taxable Bond inflows total $789 Million - with most going to High Yield & Investment Grade Corporate Bond Funds.
