I'm afraid I do not have a link to Meyers-Briggs. I took my test about ten years ago as part of a "career building" program. I think the Meyers-Briggs types have considerable credibility and usefulness. I've had other things shoved down my throat, like "Celebrating Cultural Diversity" workshops in which the moderators tell you that WASPS are like this, American Africans are like that, and American Natives are like the other. They put everybody in boxes based on race and culture, and it stinks. Meyers-Briggs recognizes individual differences, which is the only thing that makes any difference.
