I clearly remember that there is no bad or good associated with the different Meyers=Briggs types. They are different, have different strengths and weaknesses, but are not superior or inferior to each other. The idea, as I recall, is to exploit the strengths and minimize the weaknesses. It helps to know what they are. My problem is that I am disappointed with the behavior of the human race in general. It has so much potential, and makes such a mess of it.
