Our best dog we met at 4 weeks and brought him home at 6 weeks. In the house and with us all the time. Best hunting dog around plus he helped Sue with the horses. Kennel a hunting dog, I don't think so. Our cats are barn rescue kittens that the mother abandons. I mix crushed, boiled chicken livers with warm milk and butter to feed them. It does wonders for them.
