The Santa Claus Rally has some merit because Breakaway and his merry band of momentum traders will look to push up the yearend price to further improve their YTD. Not too many tax sellers this year.

looks like SC rally is taking place. Somebody "painted" a 5000 share at the ask just a little bit ago and then more volume materialized..
