In the NYC metro area, TV news had some bit coverage of the first owner, who was commuting over the Brooklyn Bridge to Manhattan. He was represented as a natural spokesman for the company (partly chosen as an early customer for his good temperament), showing it to one and all, and engaging the curious in conversations. Apparently he is allowed to take the SHT on the subway, and there is a power-assist feature that helps you ascend the staircases.
