You are perhaps confusing it with Morocco. Perhaps your friend needed to see the document so he can construct his WMD. Or were you looking for clues yourself? You are funny. Nobody needs Iraq to tell them how to construct a nuke or put together a virus. It is taught in schools. Sorry to break this to you. And of course, needless to say, I could not care less for your accusations that I might be trying to put together a WMD.
