Just because Saddam has gotten good at hiding his weapons, does not mean he doesn't have them. According to the Gulf War truce, he is responsible for proving that he no longer has them, we are NOT responsible for proving that he does. The world simply wants an honest Iraqi leader that we can do business with. :) IC
