Jon and I had some extended conversations on photography as he planned for his trip. He purchased a small inexpensive 35mm film camera. I was impressed with his photos. When he had the film developed he also had the negatives scanned to approx 3000x2000. Of the 400 pics he on chucked about 1%. That's not bad. For this Christmas he bought himself a Sony F717 digital. It's an improvement over my own F707.. I expect he will be taking a lot more pics.... Hope ya all had a merry....
