the minute it was known that a Biological attack was carried out on the US, all countries around the world would immediately quarantine the country... Yes, and we all know how successful most quarantines are. Add to it the 3-4 days that people will walk around normal, and try to escape the area with their children because they will think they are not yet contaminated. I reiterate my belief that there will not be a biological attack - it is not sure (people can be vaccinated against it) and it can spread. If a lunatic wishes to kill off the civilians of DC, it will be with chemical agents. Let us all hope the day will never come when we have to mourn for a whole city of civilians anywhere on this planet...
