"Batida de Coco". I though myself as the only Coconutologist here is me. But now I discovered that Jay is also versed on the art of the coconut tree.

Have or Jay ever tried "Batida de Coco". It is a Brazilian drink that comes in a bottle but the home made type is far better.

As a kid I used the Coconut palm as bobsled. We used to go to a grassy slope. Seat on and let it go with a friend giving it a push. The thing slid down at some 20Km per hour it was great fun and many times had ended up in accidents.
