Not sure what you mean by "a little legislative help." Asking medical professionals to volunteer to close the gaps in health care won't work on a large scale. Non union providers already work alot of hours. Someone has to donate equipment and supplies. Union employees won't go for it and the lower skilled LVNs and nursing assistants barely make more than minimums already.
