I agree that everything has a cost and benefit, but when the cost is danger to health, it is generally not acceptable, it seems.

That statement from the article means, "No one ever got sick or died from the use of DDT."


Just how exactly did you know that, Bill? Because it is really not clear. It just says "inconclusive", which looks like it means that we cannot say it is safe.

I did a quick Google search and nobody is as sure as yourself re safety of DDT on humans.

I would rather think that US authorities are at least as smart as yourself and that they would be able to see and reject any false claims.
