Does the thread feel this subject will be of any interest beyond the current season?

To the extent that retailing industry gets more attention and focus during the Xmas season, I think your insights are even more valuable at other times of the year.

Why pay 21PE when the equivalent can be had for 15?

Only if you think LOW will have higher EPS growth. FWIW 5 year growth projections for LOW are 20% CAGR v 16% for HD so PEGs are quite similar at 0.88 and 0.85 respectively.

OT: Please feel free to post any trade or additional insight into any industry. I know we mostly talk semiconductor trading here but this thread is about disclosing trades in general. Trading stocks in any industry, long or short, is all completely on topic and of great interest to me.
