Laz,

I find amazing the way certain folks - mostly folks who profess to be on the left, ostensibly open-minded and often alleging enlightenment in matters social and political - are inexplicably flummoxed by the idea that libertarians don't automatically swallow every aspect of the LP platform link hook, line, and sinker. They're somehow shocked that there might, inconceivably, be dissension and disagreement even within the party ranks.

It's quite hilarious.

Mexico didn't have a choice but to declare war on the U.S.
Rarely has a case of provocation been more clear.
I don't know of many historians that seriously believe that Mexico was the aggressor in that war.
