Under the UN mandate, the program is OIL for FOOD.

Saddam misuses it, and of course , you spin it.

In spite of Saddam the UN program has done SOME good, but you think Sadam gives a rip? I doubt it, since he is much like you.

You know that legitimate purchases of oil (from Iraq) is administered by the UN. This means the money goes to the UN not directly to the Iraqi Government. But you knew this already, didn't you.
