Besides, we went over that topic with Neocon a week or two ago, in what was imho an examplary discussion on SI.

The conclusion we came to was that the said civilian bombings were not "war crimes" as the definition said "under occupation", but the US could have a tough time arguing they were not "crimes against humanity" according to the definition.
