<Democratic governments like Israel's have no need to threaten their neighbors. We should support...>

Stretch that thought further east. Democratic India has nukes. Dictatorial Pakistan (despite recent elections) has nukes.

For a few years, both countries have an agreement that discloses their nuke facilities, to each other on Jan 1 of the next year.

What say you ?

Iraq was encouraged to attack Iran with a wink and a nod from the US and Britain. Isra'El is not a democracy except for Jews. Arabs are second-class citizens who are denied many privileges that the "Jewish" citizens of the colony take for granted. The "democracy" that Isra'El projects is window-dressing for the world to believe. The reality is further away. We should abandon all aid to Isr'El for they do not represent what America stands for.
