The trade has some merits, but I fear you would get the worst of it.

1. First, you only have radical Islam facing you on part of your border, the Indians moved to Israel/Palestine would be surrounded by Islam. I know, I know your argument that 100% practically have no violence in them at all, but believe me the few rotten apples seem pretty large when you'd be walking around with a turban in Jenin, almost like wearing a Jewish skullcap!

2. Israel / Palestine represent a population which is a fraction of the population of Kashmiri region, I think.

3. Even migrating the population of Kashmir might not be enough to satisfy the radicals in Pakestan. They might not be satisfied with anything less than a 100% Islamic state in Kashmir, nah.. they want an Islamic state in New Dehli and Calcuta as well.
