that 5+ million muslim people want to anihilate the US. Kumar, the number is meaningless. I don't care how many hate us. What we need to find out is to find the ones that are actively trying to commit Terror acts, or support Terrorists, and 1) Destroy their Organization 2) Kill or imprison the Terrorists. 3) Do so in a manner that discourages them from trying again. 4) Keep repeating the above steps until they are finished. We can't stop people from hating us, but we can make them fear us. And we can make sure they know there are serious consequences for actively opposing us.

I beg to disagree that 5+ million muslim people want to anihilate the US. Betcha couldn't say the same for how many wish to annihilate Israel... ;0) But I don't care if it's 5 million, or 1 million... Odds are that there are quite a few folks, devoid of hope or morals, who would seek to destroy the US... And quite likely far more who either did, or would, applaud any attack up on the US.. Heck.. we saw all the Palestinians dancing in the streets on 9/11... But the main issue is that militancy is generally only popular when prevailing governments and economic conditions have failed to elevate the condition of the average person.. One becomes militant either because they have nothing to lose, or because they have an idealistic sense of personal destiny that has been instilled as the result of social brainwashing, or dysfunctional education..
