Not sure but I think we largely agree about various markets (CRB, dollar, gold and stock) for early '03. Suspect we may diverge in our views starting in latter '03. I believe the "powers that be" will "do their damndest" to have an up year starting NLT the fall of '03. At this juncture I give them a better than even chance of (temporarily) succeeding. If late '03 and '04 are up for stocks, I suspect the best gold could do is drift lower during that period.

'Course none of this says that stocks can't go down and gold up after '04. And we'll have to see how events unfold.
