Okay, prying away :)

I was at a local watering hole the day before christmas and talking to the owner/bar tender
discussing how bidness has been going(they just got their liquor permit over summer.
and I axed him if he had any other investments besides the bar/concert hall.
He said "hell yeah"
I asked what.
He said what don't I have.
I thought yep here we go.
And the list goes somethin like this
MSFT CSCO NT DELL ORCL INTC GE etc etc.
I axed him how long he's held.
He said most for several years and bought a couple times on da dips.
I axed if he was concerned that they will likely never regain their highs or close even.

He let out a huge Santa laugh as if I was trying to yank his chain.

Than I dropped my gloom and doom pitch telling him we might just make the 30s look like child's play before this is all over.

He promptly(jokingly) took my drink away from me and said I was drunk and shut off.

So I let out my Santa laugh.
To land this plane.
He has no intention of selling before he reaches retirement...
... he's in his mid 40s.

I wonder if I'll ever be pitching a quarter his way.
tossing it on the ground to watch him scramble for it.
