Albert:

First the chart is great although overbought. The stock has been much higher since it became apparant that moving the town was going to be a problem. Therefore if the market perception is that the town can be moved, I expect the stock to move to 3 or more.

It's still speculative as to whether TG gets developed, but if the district does go through the upside here is immense:
