one observation ..

without volume, the natural drift of the market is lower.

This, by itself, does not completely determine market direction. It is a major factor in determining overall market action.

With enough "jolts" of good market news and volume bursts, that drag can be reversed.

until then .. that drift is in charge ..

Well we got our small POP and we are going through the drop phase. It could get one heck of a lot worse, though, before it gets better. Check the charts and we have formed a 3 month H&S. If that breaks down, we could see a retest of the October lows.

Now there is an even bigger INVERTED H&S going back 6 months or so... and that could pop us back to March levels.

What do I think? I got out of all my funds at the end of November...
