Anyway, I'll stick by my guess at $20 by 12/31/03.

So the guesses here are what the highest price Cisco will hit during 2003? Or is the guess the price of Cisco at the end of 2003?

i would welcome $20 as an excellent entry point for a short. i see so-so fair value as 10 times core earnings, plus cash. i wouldn't consider the stock a bargain until it trades below cash on the books. 50% below.

Cisco Target for 2003: under $7.00

Next target on the Dow by January 2003. By reaching this level, most, if not all turn indicators will have positioned negative, thus providing a formula for a steady decline to a range of 7500-7197 within 2 months(Late-February 2003). It is too early to publish, but, there does not seem to be any healthy corrective rallies in sight until 7500-7197 is reached.

Next Update on SI will be January 4, 2003, therefore, Happy New Year to All.

I think things are already getting better.

Its great to see some reaction to fundamentals in stock price predictions for a change!

I don't know if the fact that hiring is picking up will be reflected in stock prices for tech companies. It is possible the TA will rule the day as it has for 2+ years. But I like to think, eventually, fundamentals do matter on both the economy and individual companies.
