This is the third or fourth time I've heard reference to Rumsfield playing it fast and easy, and running against the grain. I hear that many of the top military advisors [read generals] and many of the non military advisors are extremely frustrated with his behavior, and suggest he is a major asshole behind the scenes. I have also read pieces about Rumsfeld, painting him as autocratic and abrasive. I hope his cockiness does not cost American kids their lives. Al, there is no question there will be a loss of American lives. Its gone too far. Hopefully, those losses will be limited. ted
