Al, You may want to review the facts since 1994. North Korea has been pursuing their nuclear weapons program in violation of Clinton/Carter 1994 agreement. Now you claim it's all President Bush's fault because the paper the Clinton/Carter 1994 agreement is written on is worthless and has been worthless ever since it was signed? How is it Bush's fault the North Koreans have been ignoring the agreement since it was signed? Sounds like a Chamberlin piece in our time moment being repeated. Steve
