Of course. It would be stupid for us not to be building up military in the region. But that still doesn't answer the question, "What has Bush done unilaterally?". You accused him, but your accusation was not true.

You have opposed Bush throughout this process, even after he has done precisely what you wanted him to do.

The reality is that you are a hopeless liberal, and it wouldn't matter what Bush did, because he isn't a liberal. This is precisely why the Democrat party is on its deathbed -- the inability to articulate a sensible policy (foreign, or otherwise) other than to just criticize the Republicans.

Liberalism doesn't work. Never has, never will.
