This man is a total idiot when it comes to foreign policy (or domestic, for that matter). People make fun of Geo. Bush, but he is so much brighter than Carter. I believe Carter to be a man of absolute integrity. But he is unbelievably wrong. Your post points out the massive failures on all fronts by the Clinton adminstration with respect to its NK policy.
