Yup. Good method. Continue to work through the UN and keep up the inspection process. Step up intelligence to keep an eye on what he is doing, and work with other nations to contain his ability to acquire weapon materials.

b) Sanctions. They don't work.

We agree on at least one thing. Lift them. Stop this no fly zone bull$hit and try to engage in a dialog through the UN. Strenghten the UN's ability to deal with these issues around the world, instead of working to defame and undermine it as Bush as done over the last few months of rhetoric. Put the focus on the international community. Look at how important the UN is now in Korea to help fix the mess he has created there.
