wonder what it is if one factors in the downpayment assistance programs from the feds, states, and sellers

i believe the recent WSJ article on the seller-backed assistance programs pegged those sales as 3% of the market, with considerable variation like KB's reliance on such programs for 38% of sales in Denver.
