NK is restarting their reactors NOW Sure. They've picked the time that is most opportune to them. They can see that Clinton has gutted the military, that we are going to have to whip Saddam, and it is obvious that they would make their move now. Bush inherited a sleeping dog and now he has awakened it I don't disagree. The dog was merely sleeping -- and becoming more powerful -- under Clinton. It was going to awaken at some point. And it has. And now Bush has to deal with it. Face it. Clinton was preoccupied with abusing his power to satisfy his personal needs and lie his way out of it. No time for paltry items like national defense. What an idiot.
