The threat is not NK or Iraq or Iran or anyone else.

Don't be a dumbass.

The threat IS NK. The threat IS Iraq. Iran, a lesser one. NK is going to be exceptionally difficult for us to deal with militarily. They are able to spew Bio/Chem weapons into Seoul without notice, potentially killing millions. Yet, if we don't stop the reactivation of this nuclear plant they'll be adding nuclear capability on top of it. Further, they're selling this crap to any terrorist who comes along.

I think we'll be at war with both nations within a short period of time. Iraq is no big deal, and is easily manageable. But NK has been allowed to develop its WMD programs unimpeded.

This is precisely why Saddam must be totally disarmed. You can't allow these people to have access to these kinds of weapons. Clinton foolishly allowed NK to get them; now, we have what may be the most serious WMD threat since the Cuban Missle Crisis as a result of Clinton's incompetence (coupled with Carter's gullibility, I suppose).

Ted Re...The threat is an administration that wants to remake the world in its own image, discloses that priority up front and then is surprised when the make over candidates don't want to wait their turn but decide to act out all at once.

How would that apply here. Accordng to all reports, it is NK that violated UN sanctions, it is NK that violated the 1994 agreement, it is NK that is accusing GW of wanting to invade;it is NK saying they will build bombs so please stop me; so just how is this GW's fault.
