Lizzie JNPR is above 10% short. With it's float maybe that is reasonable for the current market conditions.

Traders should pay close attention to the tactics being used here. This last several weeks has been very very interesting. CIN is truly showing up in the game like never before.

Your story about fills is exactly what I am hearing and seeing, meaning this is not Selling by investors but price suppression to get hold of supply. In the securities I am interested in the largest float is 25 million, it's free float is less than 3 million the tactics being waged on many small caps leave little doubt that the game being played is to get hold of precious supply.

Mr Market is working against any margin accounts left, systematicly targeting them stock by stock to help in the w get hold of the securities they are after. These small caps are ripe for counter attack, it's a shame their is no way to organize those actions. This is the stock market CHURN, that everyone vaguely understands, how these guys loan the investor money and then through a coordinated and systematic attack, devalue that which is held, to force sell into negative loan conditions.

Strategy and tactics of our new age.
