Stalk the gaps left behind in the last bull run; target these as points to enter long orders and play the ebb and flow. Hit and run tactics; these IOU's are just like the margin that exists in the buy and hold crowds accounts, they'll need to be repaid. the best you can do is stalk them and take your share at any turning points.
