Think of the tens or hundreds of billions in extra oil revenues gouged by Big Oil since Bush-Cheney ran for president. Yet where has much of the money gone? Offshore tax havens? I wonder. Exxon-Mobil reports but many of the Houston gang show losses even after gouging us to death. Me-thinks the Cayman Islands are bursting with Bushie oil money. Letting them ovrcharge us and lie about supply shortages is hardly a good way to go about introducing alternative clean fuel programs.
