prayer in schools, and the commandments in court rooms donot make laws respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof.

It seem to me that preventing prayer in schools, and the commandments in court rooms does prohibit the free exercise thereof. Also it is an abridging the freedom of speech.

I have no direct knowledge of what the Supreme Court has opined on these matters.

Considering the millions of American murdered by the sanction of the Supreme Court, there are times when the majority of the Supreme Court is boundlessly stupid and ignorant.
