Well, heck. If I had just read the rest of the 2001 Annual Report I would have seen this comment:

During 2002, we expect an overall decrease of maintenance revenues due to an expectation that the decrease in maintenance revenues related to Takecontrol cancellations will exceed the increase in revenues related to new eCRM maintenance agreements. As our eCRM license revenues increase, we would expect a reversal of this trend.

So, they're expecting lower maintenance revenues.

I would think the decline of TakeControl would account for a diminished maintenance revenue, but I believe I read somewhere that trend would reverse at some point this year or next...
