Did you ever see any followup to this?

I would think that if it were ever proven, we would be seeing it everywhere as justification for our Iraq invasion.

Sounds very plausible to me.
IMO there is a lot of talk among world leaders that I would never expect to hear about. Information not released to the Press. I consider it highly certain the that the US has proof that Iraq is hiding WMD activities, and would also sponsor terrorists. If not true, why would UN leaders be so supportive of, or at least not outspokenly against, our proposed actions in Iraq?
